The Method

I believe that an integration of holistic living, healthy nutrition, and cooking all work synergistically. There are so many diets out there that claim to be the best: low carb, keto, plant based, carnivore, macrobiotic and the list goes on. With all these advertised diets claiming to be the best, it can become extremely overwhelming to figure out what suits you the best. 


Fundamentally, we are all of the same genetic code, in that we are all of the same species. However, each of us have a specific makeup of microbiome, food and supplement sensitivities, health status, lifestyle, and personal beliefs which serve to actually make us quite diverse.


Utilizing your specific traits, I am here to support you in discovering the diet and lifestyle that is meant for you. The food you consume and the lifestyle you live is meant to be an enjoyable and nourishing experience. 


With a balanced nutritional and holistic lifestyle plan, we can effectively improve your health. Hormones, energy levels, mental aptitude and feelings of emotions, thought patterns, performance and anxiety characteristics, and overall state of well-being all can be improved.
