The answer is easy- everyone! I provide healthy, nutritious and tasty meals while working around allergies, sensitivities, and food preferences. I strive to get to know you and your health goals before preparing customized meal plans that fit your unique needs. Whether your family has just welcomed a new baby, or you are a busy professional – let a professional holistic nutritionist and real foods chef create healthy, nourishing meals so that you can focus on what matters. All packages are customized meal plan that is fully organic and chemical free that is the most alkalizing for your health and dietary needs.
Prior to your session, you will receive an intake going over pertinent information regarding your family information, current diet, nutritional goals, allergies and intolerances, kitchen equipment you own, etc. In each meal prep session fresh healthy meals will be prepared in a 3-5 hour session.
Dietary Restrictions:
I cook a wide range of styles of food based on your palette. If you have dietary
restrictions, I’m experienced in cooking Keto, Low-carb, AIP, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian,
Grain-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-free and many more.

Package A: 2 entrees w/ sides
Feeds a couple for 2-4 days or a single person
for 5-6 days.
Package B: 3 entree w/ sides
Feeds a couple for 2-4 days or family for 4-5
days.
Package C: 4 entrees w/ sides
Feeds a family for 5-6 days or a couple for 1
week (freezer options avail. w/ this package)
